社区肝病患者的健康保健及护理

Community health care and nursing of patients with liver diseases

目的探讨综合护理对社区肝病患者的干预效果。方法肝病是一种常见的危害性极大的疾病,应以积极预防和护理为主。结果通过给予患者饮食护理,心理护理,药物指导,健康教育等措施,有效降低了患者的心理症状,并提高患者及家属对肝病相关知识水平。结论肝病患者要想获得康复,首先要用药治疗,但是仅仅靠治疗却是不够的,所谓:"三分治疗,七分养"。尤其对肝病患者说,保养的作用尤为重要。对患者自我治疗,自我调整具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the comprehensive community nursing intervention effect of community patients with liver diseases. Methods liver disease is a common disease of great harm,should take active prevention andnursing care mainly. Results by giving patients diet nursing,psychological nursing,medication guidance,health education and other measures,effectively reducing the mental symptoms of the patients,and improve the patients and their families to liver disease related knowledge level.Conclusions the patients with liver disease to recover,first of all to drug treatment,but only by the treatment is not enough,the so-called：＂the three treatment,seven points＂. Especially for the patients with liver disease that maintenance is very important. For patients with self treatment,self adjustment has important significance.
