1416例孕妇血微量元素缺乏状况分析 被引量:1

Analysis of 1416 cases of pregnant women blood trace element deficiency

摘要 目的了解妊娠妇女血中微量元素的水平和变化趋势,为孕期保健提供可靠依据,力争做到早期干预,早期治疗。方法应用五通道原子吸收光谱仪对我区2013年1月~2014年1月共计1416例孕妇进行血液微量元素钙、铁、锌、铜、镁的测定。结果 557例孕妇存在着各种微量元素的缺乏,占检测人数的39.3%。其中以钙缺乏最为多见(占59.8%),锌、铁缺乏次之(分别为21.5%和17.4%),铜缺乏者较少(占1.3%),镁缺乏者仅2例,无统计价值。其中,同时缺乏两种以上微量元素的人数占缺乏总数的15.3%,更加值得关注的是在此类人群当中,妊娠两次以上的孕妇占缺乏总数的21.7%。结论微量元素在孕产妇体内的作用越来越被认识和重视,卫生部门应把微量元素检查列为常规项目,进一步加强孕期营养指导,加强对孕妇的健康教育,做到尽早发现各种影响孕妇和胎儿的不良因素及时进行干预,确保母婴健康。 Objective to understand the trace elements in pregnant women blood level and change trend,provides the reliable basis for prenatal care,strive to achieve early intervention,early treatment. Methods five channel atomic absorption spectrometer was applied to the development zone in January 2013 to January 2014,a total of 1 416 pregnant women with blood trace elements of calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc and copper. Results 557 cases of pregnant women there are all kinds of trace element deficiency,accounting for 39.3% of the test number. Of which the most calcium deficiency more(59.8%),zinc and iron deficiency(21.5% and 17.4%,respectively),copper with less(1.3%),lack of magnesium lack of only 2people,statistical value. Which at the same time,the lack of two or more of the total number of lack of trace elements in the number of 15.3%,even more noteworthy among such people,the pregnant women of pregnancy in two or more account for 21.7% of the total lack of. Conclusions the effect of trace elements in the maternal body more and more be recognized and valued,health department should microelement examination as the regular project,further strengthen pregnancy nutrition guidance,strengthen the health education to pregnant women,to find a variety of adverse influence factors of pregnant women and fetal intervention in time,ensure the maternal and child health.
