两种不同锻炼方式对中年女性伏案工作者身体健康的影响

摘要 目的探讨不同方式有氧锻炼对中年女性伏案工作者身体健康的影响。方法以40名中年女性伏案工作者为试验对象,分为太极柔力球组和广场健身舞组,进行为期6个月的健身锻炼,对其锻炼前后身体形态、功能和血液等指标进行分析。结果 6个月锻炼后,两组受试者体重和体脂率均明显降低(P<0.05);肺活量、台阶指数、血红蛋白和血液中Ig G、Ig A、Ig M含量均提高(P<0.05)。结论柔力球和健身舞锻炼对控制中年女性体重和体脂百分比,预防肥胖的发生均有显著作用;对心率和血压影响较小,心肺功能和血红蛋白含量提高,机体载氧能力增强,血清免疫球蛋白水平提高,机体的免疫能力增强。从两组受试者锻炼后的效果来看,相同健身方案下,健身舞组受试者锻炼效果更显著。 [Objective]To explore the influence of different aerobic exercise methods on health of middle aged women engaged in paperwork. [Methods]40 middle aged women engaged in paperwork were divided into the Taiji softball group and square dance group, and two groups have exercised for 6 months. The body shape, function and blood parameters before and after exercise were analyzed.[Results]After 6 months of exercise,the body weight and body fat rate in two groups decreased significantly(P〈0.05),while vital capacity,step index,hemoglobin level,as well as contents of Ig G,Ig A and Ig M increased significantly(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The exercise methods of Taiji softball and square dance have significant effect on controlling body weight and body fat rate,and preventing obesity in middle aged women,but the influences on heart rate and blood pressure are slight. After exercise,the cardio-pulmonary function and hemoglobin level have increased,the oxygen carrying capacity has improved,serum immune globulin contents have increased,and body immune ability have enhanced. In the same exercise scheme,the square dance has a more significant effect.
