2014年镇江市夏季蔬菜农药残留监测分析

Monitoring and analysis on pesticide residues in vegetables in Zhenjiang City in summer of 2014

目的监测分析当前镇江市市售蔬菜中农药残留情况,为政府部门有效监管提供依据。方法按照2014年江苏省食品安全风险监测方案的要求,随机抽取镇江市农贸市场、超市及小型餐饮店中蔬菜样本24份,采用气相色谱法测定其中31种农药残留。依据GB 2763-2012《食品中农药最大残留限量》进行限量值评价。结果检出有机磷农药残留的蔬菜样品5份,总检出率为20.8%,共检出该类农药5种,其中1种为国家禁用农药甲胺磷;检出拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的蔬菜样品7份,总检出率为29.2%,共检出该类农药4种。结论镇江市2014年夏季蔬菜农药残留现象仍然普遍存在,并检出有机磷禁用农药,提醒有关部门要加强对农药生产、销售和使用环节的监管,以及对农民正确使用农药的指导,以保证公众的食品安全。

[Objective]To understand the status of pesticide residues in commercially available vegetables in Zhenjiang City,provide a basis for the government to carry out the effective supervision. [Methods]24 vegetable samples were randomly sampled from free markets,super markets and small restaurants according to Jiangsu Province food safety risk monitoring plan in 2014.Gas chromatography was adopted to test 21 kinds of pesticide residues. The samples were evaluated according to the Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food（GB 2763-2012）. [Results]Five vegetable samples were positive for organophosphorus residues,with the total detection rate of 20.8%. Five kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were detected, and one was methamidophos which is forbidden to use in vegetables. Seven vegetable samples were positive for pyrethroid residues,with the total detection rate of 29.2%,and four kinds of pyrethroid pesticides were detected. [Conclusion]The pesticide residues in vegetables are the common phenomenon in Zhenjiang City in summer of 2014,and the banned pesticide of methamidophos has been found. The related department should improve the supervision and management in production,sale and use of pesticides,and strengthen the guidance in correct use of pesticides among farmers,to ensure the public food safety.
