黄芪桂枝五物汤合桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机平行对照研究

Huang Qi Gui Zhi Decoction Taohongsiwutang Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Parallel Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察黄芪桂枝五物汤合桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组29例甲钴胺1mg+100m L生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组33例黄芪桂枝五物汤合桃红四物汤(黄芪30g,桂枝9g,白芍10g,当归、川芎、赤芍各9g,葛根、生地各12g,桃仁、红花各9g,鸡血藤15g,生姜6g,大枣5枚),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、振动觉、温度觉、肌肉萎缩、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效33例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率90.91%。对照组显效83例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率68.97%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪桂枝五物汤合桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Huang Qi Gui Zhi Decoction Taohongsiwutang efficacy of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [Methods] Using random parallel control method,62 cases of outpatient and inpatient law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups. The control group 29 cases 1mg mecobalamin ＋ 100 m L saline,1 times / d,intravenous infusion. Treatment group 33 cases Huang Qi Gui Zhi Decoction Taohongsiwutang（Huangqi 30 g,Guizhi 9g,Baishao 10 g,Danggui,Cuanxiong,Chishao 9g,Gegen,Shengdi 12 g,Taoren,Honghua each 9g,Jixueteng 15 g,Shengjiang 6g,Dazao 5）,a / d,500 ml decoction to 200 m L,sooner or later orally. 20 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,numbness,pain,vibration sensation,temperature sensation,muscle atrophy,adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group,33 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,three cases,the total efficiency of 90.91%. Control group,83 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 68.97%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Huang Qi Gui Zhi Decoction Taohongsiwutang treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
