穴位贴敷治疗风湿痹证125例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 125 Cases of Rheumatic Arthralgia Acupoint Sticking Therapy

[目的]观察穴位贴敷治疗风湿痹证疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,将125例门诊及住院患者穴位敷贴（草乌、独活、羌活、防各20g,元胡30g,细辛20g,冰片10g）,研末过筛,备用;生姜汁加月桂氮酮混合与药末混合,6×6cm膏药贴,外贴：后背取风门、脾腧、肾腧;肩部取肩井、肩髃、肩贞;上肢取曲池、外关、合谷;下肢取风市、血海、内外膝眼、昆仑;可联合疼痛部位阿是穴。3-4h/次,3d贴敷一次。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、关节肿痛、类风湿因子、血沉、抗链＂O＂、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈28例,显效50例,有效45例,无效2例,总有效率98.40%。[结论]穴位贴敷治疗风湿痹证效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of acupoint sticking therapy for rheumatic arthralgia. [Method] Using a prospective design,125 cases of outpatient and inpatient Point Application（Caowu,Duhuo,Qianghuo,Fangfeng 20 g,Yuan hu 30 g,Xixin 20 g,Bingpian 10g）,powder,sifted,spare; add ginger juice mixed with mixed laurocapram Yaomo,6×6cm plaster paste,paste outside： take back the throttle,Shu spleen,kidney acupoints; shoulder shoulder well taken,shoulder Yu,shoulder Chen; arm to take music pool,outside off,gu; lower limbs take the wind market,blood,internal and external knee eye,Kunlun; joint pain can be part of Ashi. 3 - 4h / times,3d patching once.15 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,joint pain,rheumatoid factor,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,anti-chain ＂O＂,adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy. [Results]Cured 28 cases,effective in 50 cases,effective in 45 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 98.40%. [Conclusion]Acupoint sticking therapy for rheumatic arthralgia effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
