祛风止咳汤治疗脾气亏虚型亚急性咳嗽随机平行对照研究

Subacute Cough,Chills and Cough Randomized Parallel Group Study Decoction

[目的]观察祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将46例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组23例强力枇杷露,10m L/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组23例祛风止咳汤(桑叶、川贝母、杏仁、蝉蜕、百部炙、紫菀、淡豆豉、马勃、甘草炙各10g,僵蚕、茯苓、陈皮各15g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,有效12例,无效1例,总有效率95.65%。对照组痊愈8例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率65.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the chills and cough Treated subacute cough efficacy.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,46 cases of outpatients by the dice method is simple randomized into two groups. The control group 23 cases of strong loquat,10ml/time,3 times/d,orally. Chills and cough treatment group,23 cases of soup（Sangye,Chuanbeimu,Chantui,Zhibaibu,Ziyuan,Dandouchi,Mabo,Zhigancao 10 g,Jiangchan,Fuling,Chenpi each15g）,1 Agents/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later orally. 10 d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,cough,adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]10 cases were cured,effective 12 cases,ineffective in one case,the total efficiency of 95.65%. The control group recovered eight cases,effective in 7 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 65.22%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Chills and cough Treated subacute cough effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
