无瘀方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风随机平行对照研究

Wuyu Soup Method Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Type of Ischemic Stroke Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察无瘀方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将38例门诊及住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组19例常规对症治疗,降压、降糖等。治疗组19例无瘀方(全蝎粉1g,水蛭5g,桃仁、当归、红花、川芎、地龙各10g,制首乌、熟地黄各15g,丹参30g,黄芪40g;上肢瘫痪加桑枝15g,羌活6g;下肢瘫痪加牛膝、石斛各10g;头晕面红加钩藤15g,天麻10g;大便干结加络石藤、火麻仁各10g;语言謇涩加远志、石菖蒲各10g;麻木加络石藤10g;失眠加夜交藤、红枣仁各30g;纳呆加麦芽30g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈0例,显效6例,有效12例,无效1例,总有效率96.32%。对照组临床痊愈0例,显效2例,有效6例,无效11例,总有效率33.25%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]无瘀方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the cords Wuyu soup method combined western medicine therapy and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,38 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. Treatment group（19 cases） Yi Qi and kidney method（Quanxiefen 1g,Shuizhi 5 g,Taoren,Danggui,Honghua,Chuanqiong,Dilong each 10 g,Zhishouwu,Shudihuang each 15 g,Danshen 30 g,Huangqi 40 g; upper limb paralysis and Sangzhi15 g,Qianghuo 6 g; lower limb paralysis Niuxi,Shihu every 10 g; dizziness face red and Gouteng 15 g,Tianma10 g; add Chinese starjasmine Shiteng,Huomaren every 10 g; language Jian Yuanzhi,Shichangpu every 10 g; numbness and Luoshiteng 10 g,insomnia and Yejiaoteng,Hongzaoren every 30 g; stay with Maiya 30 g）,1 / d,Fried 200 m L water,morning and evening oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] in treatment group recovered 0 cases,6 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.32%. Control group recovered 0 cases,2 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,ineffective in 11 cases,total effective rate was 33.25%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Yiqi huoxue qi deficiency kidney method combined western medicine therapy and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
