胸痹1号联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁随机平行对照研究

Anxiety and Depression Parallel Randomized Controlled Study Xiongbitong the 1st Party Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Angina Pectoris

[目的]观察胸痹1号联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;美托洛尔,12.5mg/次,3次/d;辛伐他汀,20mg/次,3次/d;氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,1片/次,1次/d。治疗组24例胸痹1号(合欢皮30g,柴胡、赤芍、白芍各15g,三七、当归、川芎各10g,香附9g,甘草炙5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛、HAMA评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率91.67%。对照组痊愈11例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率79.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMA评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胸痹1号联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Xiongbitong the 1st western side of the joint treatment of angina pectoris with anxiety and depression treatment. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,48 cases of outpatient and inpatient numbers lottery law by disease Chi simple randomized into two groups. The control group 24 cases of aspirin,100mg/times,1 time/d. Metoprolol tartrate,12.5mg/time,3 times/d. Simvastatin,20 mg / times,3 times/d. Flupentixol melitracen,1 times/d. Treatment group 24 cases Xiongbitong the 1st party（Hehuanpi 30 g,Chaihu,Chishao,Baishao15 g,Sanqi,Dangui,Chuanxiong 10 g,Xiangfu 9g,Gancao 5g）,1/d,decoction 200 m L,morning and evening,warm clothes. Western medicine with the control group. 3 months continuous treatment for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,angina,HAMA score,adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] 15 cases were cured,effective 7 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 91.67%. Cured 11 cases in the control group,effective eight cases,five cases ineffective,the total effective rate 79.17%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. HAMA scores were improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,improvement in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Xiongbitong the 1st western side of the joint treatment of angina pectoris with anxiety and depression effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
