运脾疏肝汤联合西药治疗功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

Parallel Randomized Controlled Study Spleen Decoction for Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

[目的]观察运脾疏肝汤联合西药治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将130例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组64例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d,口服;疼痛明显加铝碳酸镁,1g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组66例运脾疏肝汤(白术、茯苓各10g,白蔻5g,陈皮10g,法半夏15g,黄连3g,柴胡10g,白芍炒15g,枳壳、生山楂、内金炙各10g,甘草3g;气滞明显加香附、薄荷;胃气上逆加代赭石、党参;阴虚去柴胡、半夏,加乌梅、山药,玉s竹;脾虚明显加党参、黄芪;中焦虚寒加干姜,去黄连;脾虚湿盛去黄连,加苍术、生姜;热象明显加黄芩;瘀血明显加元胡、红花),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测指标临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效:治疗组痊愈27例,显效29例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率95.45%。对照组痊愈12例,显效18例,有效19例,无效15例,总有效率76.57%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。积分疗效:治疗组痊愈26例,显效30例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率95.45%。对照组痊愈13例,显效18例,有效17例,无效16例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]运脾疏肝汤联合西药治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,值得推广。

Treatment group 66 cases of liver and spleen soup（Baizhu,Fuling10 g,Baikou 5g,Chenpi10 g,Fabanxia 15 g,Huanglian3 g,Chaihu 10 g,Chaobaishao15 g,Zhike,Shengshanzha,Zhineijin each 10 g,Gancao 3g; qi stagnation obvious plus Xiangfu,Bohe; Stomach Shangni plus Daizheshi,Dangshen; Yin go Chaihu,Banxia,Jia Wumei,Shanyao,Yuzhu; spleen was Codonopsis,Astragalus Dangshen,Huangqi; coke virtual Cold and add Ganjiang,to Huanglian; Spleen wet Sheng to Huanglian,plus Cangzhu,Shengjiang; hot as obvious plus Huangqi; bleeding obvious plus Yuan hu,Honghua）,a/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later,oral; western medicine with the control group. 15 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observations of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of two courses,determine efficacy. [Results] Clinical efficacy： treatment group recovered 27 cases,effective in 29 cases,effective 7 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.45%. Cured 12 cases in the control group,18 cases markedly effective in 19 cases,15 cases,the total efficiency of 76.57%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Integral effect： the treatment group recovered 26 cases,30 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.45%. Cured 13 cases in the control group,18 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,16 cases,the total efficiency of 75.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Spleen Decoction for treatment of functional dyspepsia effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
