全预约分时段就诊在护理分诊管理中的应用

Application of the full-appointment and time-phased appointment with doctors in nursery triage management

目的：探讨门诊分时段预约挂号就诊在护理分诊管理中的应用。方法在2012年11月—2013年12月实行全预约分时段预约诊疗服务，以半小时内就诊符合率为考核管理机制成效的指标。用医院信息系统（ HIS）软件计算医院每月就诊人数、总就诊符合率和各主要科室就诊符合率，计算就诊人数月增长率，并用折线图表示。结果考核期间分时段预约挂号每月就诊符合率均保持在90％以上，累计符合率达93．75％；各主要科室总就诊符合率达90．75％；且就诊符合率随每月门诊量的增长也有所提高。结论就诊符合率可作为分时段就诊的管理考核指标，缩短就诊时间，有效缓解看病难问题。

Objective To investigate the application of the full-appointment and time-phased appointment with doctor in nursery triage management.Methods From November 2012 to December 2013, Hangzhou Xixi hospital had carried out the full-appointment and time-phased appointment medical service.The coincidence rate of seeing a doctor in every half hour was considered to be the indicator of the results of management mechanism.Obtained the per-month outpatient attendances and the coincidence rate by HIS software and then calculated the per-month increase rate of outpatient attendances created the line chart.Results During the assessment, the coincidence rate of seeing a doctor at the outpatient mainly was above 90%every month and accumulated to 93.75%.The overall coincidence rate of seeing a doctor at the main outpatient departments reached 90.75%, and also it improved as the outpatient attendances.Conclusions The coincidence rate can be an evaluation indicator in time-phased appointment management system, which helps shorten the waiting time and relieve the patients′difficulty in seeing doctors.
