摘要
目的:探讨目标管理在伤口护理中的实施及管理效果。方法在某三级甲等医院伤口护理小组中实行岗位目标管理,将小组人员分层次设立目标并进行评价,对伤口护理相关的工作指标、教学指标和科研指标进行分析,评价该方法的有效性。结果与2012年比较,2013年住院伤口处理量、会诊伤口造口人次、统计源期刊发表论文数、院内伤口护理会诊人次的增长率分别为119.9%,30.3%,150.0%,100.0%,均超过目标设定值,科研教学成果明显。结论将目标管理纳入伤口护理小组的运行及管理中,能有效提升伤口护士的综合能力。
Objective To explore the role of target management among wound care nurses. Methods This study was conducted in a three grade hospital.Target management theory was applied in wound care nurses.The staffs were performed to analyze the index of workload, teaching and research, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach.Results Compared with 2012,the rates of increasing in hospital wound treatment, consultation, statisticians journal papers and person time of consultation of the wound were 119.9%,30.3%,150.0%,100.0%,respectively.Each index increases rapidly over the target.The results of scientific research and teaching achievement were significant.Conclusions The target management method can effectively improve the comprehensive capacity of the wound care nurses.
