《周礼疏》袭用旧说考论

An Exploration of the Copy of Old Opinions of Rites of Zhou

贾公彦《周礼疏》因袭南北朝经师旧说处所在多有。因为师承与门派关系,贾疏在因袭时偏主熊安生说。当熊说与郑注不合时,贾氏便在二说间调和与折中。因袭之旧说集中于礼制、礼例方面,包括祭礼、丧礼、服制等。这与南北朝重视礼制研究,尤其是丧服礼研究是吻合的。

There were many proofs that Jia Gongyan＇s Rites of Zhou copied some old opinions of southern and northern dynasties. Because of the tradition of ritual study,Rites of Zhou copied Xiong Ansheng＇s viewpoints. When Xiong＇s opinions were against Zheng Xuan＇s views,Jia Gongyan would compromise. The copy of Rites of Zhou focuses on rites,including sacrificial rites,funerals,clothing institutions,and so on. It meets the facts that the rites researching were valued in southern and northern dynasties,especially on funeral clothing studying.
