Ethical principle of librarians and other information workers released by IFLA has expresses its attitude. At present, through the fight of e-Reading and e-Reading, new attitude is acclaimed and Principle of libraries e-Lending of IFLA is released. [ Result/conclusion ] By analyzing detailed content of the principle, public rights should be ideolog- ical basis of e-Lending of library. The principle of e-Lending based on the fight of e-Reading of IFLA expresses the appeal of the demand for e-Lending service of library.
