摘要
综合运用灰色关联分析及层次分析法,提出了一个航空发动机健康状态评估模型.模型采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权值,并对层次分析法进行了合理改进,用灰色关联分析计算评估对象的灰色关联系数,进而计算加权灰色关联度作为判断航空发动机健康状态的指标.基于航空发动机的QAR(Quick access recorder)数据,将模型应用于实例分析,对多台发动机健康状态进行了评估,结果验证了方法的有效性.
Proposed a model of aero-engine health status assessment based on integrated use of gray correlation analysis and analytic hierarchy process. Model using the AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index, and improved the AHP in reasonable,by using gray relational analysis to calculated the gray correlation coefficient of evaluation object, and then calculate the weighted gray correlation as judged by aircraft engine health status indicators. Based on aircraft engine QAR (Quick access recorder) data, applied the model to case studies of multiple engines the health status were evaluated, and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
