摘要
现代喉癌的治疗观点更多指向喉功能保留、生存质量改善。对局部晚期患者综合治疗成为趋势。尤其近年实施诱导化疗后续同步放化疗或手术的综合治疗模式,明显提高局部晚期患者的保喉率,改善患者的生存质量。紫杉及靶向药物的应用进一步提高了缓解率,诱导化疗成为局部晚期喉癌综合治疗的重要组成部分。
Current opinions in the therapeutics of laryngeal cancer pay more attention to the preservation of larynx function and improvement of the quality of life. Synthetical therapy of advanced laryngeal cancer will be a tendency in clinical practice. It is practical to improve organ preservation rate and quality of life by the combined treatment of using induction chemotherapy plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy or plus surgical. The remission rate has dramatically improved with using paclitaxel and targeted drug. The induction chemotherapy plays an important role in the combined treatment on locally advanced cancer of hypopharynx.
