120例腭裂患者术后语音治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of 120 cases of postoperative patients with cleft palate speech therapy

目的探讨腭裂术后患者语音训练方法。方法通过对腭裂术后患者及家长辅导语音训练的形式,根据每个患者发音的不同特点,进行个性化语音方案训练。结果 120例不同年龄阶段的患者通过个体语音训练后,语言清晰度提高总有效率达91.7%。结论通过系统的训练,能在较短时间里改善腭裂患者术后的语音功能,提高语音清晰度。

Objective To explore the method of speech training in patients with cleft palate. Methods According to the children after cleft palate and their parents tutoring speech training form, as well as different characteristics of each children pronunciation, they received personalized speech training programme. Results A total of 120 cases of different ages recieved individual speech training, the improving effective rate of speech intelligibility was up to 91.7%. Conclusion Through systematic training, children can change the speech function in patients with cleft palate in a short time,improve speech intelligibility.
