志贺菌属整合子系统研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 志贺菌属(Shigella)是感染性腹泻的主要病原,对公共健康造成严重威胁,也给国家带来巨大的疾病负担。随着临床治疗上抗生素的不合理应用,志贺菌耐药问题越来越凸显,其中整合子-基因盒系统在其多重耐药性传播发展过程中起重要作用。以往单一针对志贺菌属整合子-基因盒系统的传播规律和流行特点的研究较少。本文拟对志贺菌属整合子系统及其耐药调控机制和耐药性的传播特点进行综述。 Shigella is an important pathogen of infectious diarrhea. It is not only a huge burden of disease to the country, but also a serious threat to public health. With the unrational of antibiotics in clinical pracliee, the problem caused by the isolates of muhidrug resistant Shigella has become more and more prominent. Integrons are ancient structures plesent in bacteria from the broader environment. However, there is still a significant lack of knowledge on how integron-gene cassettes in Shigella species spread and become epidemic. The authors aim to summarize the work of previous studies and make a deeper understanding on the epidemiology and molecular mechanism of integron-mediated antibiotic resistance in Shigella.
