An Exploration of Innovating MA Law Course Education in the Era of Overall Advancement of Government by Law

党的十八届四中全会将中国带入了全面推进依法治国时代,这一时代给法学教育带来了新的机遇与挑战。作为中国法学教育体系的重要组成部分,法学硕士研究生教育也应该回应时代要求,实行课程教育的改革。改革的基本内容不仅包括课程体系的改革,也包括课程教学方式、考核方式以及课程管理方式的改革。

The fourth plenary session of the Eighteenth CPC National Congress leads China into the era of government by law, bringing new opportunities and ehallenges to the law education. As an important component part in the Chinese law educational system, the education of masters of laws should respond to the requirement of the era by doing innovation in the course education, the basic contents of which in- elude not only the course system, but also the teaching methods, assessment methods and course manage- ment.
