液态排渣炉结焦及热风温度高的解决措施

摘要 WGZ220/9.8-17型高压自然循环半开式液态排渣煤粉锅炉启动以来一直存在燃烧器四周及上部缩腰结焦、热风温度高等问题。通过对制粉系统和锅炉燃烧调整,以及对省煤器和空气预热器等技术改造,解决了结焦和热风温度高的问题,可以满足锅炉安全运行。 The coking around the burners and upper waist, the temperatures of hot air, such problems continuously exist in WGZ220/9.8-17 type high-pressure natural-circulation half-open mode slag-tap coal powder boiler since starting. Through the adjustments of pulverizing system and boiler combustion, and the technical reform for ecnomizer and air preheater, the coking and high temperatures of hot air are solved, then the safety operation of boiler can be satisfied.
