去应力退火处理对310S钢焊接接头残余应力与力学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用钨极氩弧焊对310S耐热不锈钢进行焊接试验,并对其接头进行去应力退火处理,采用金相显微镜、残余应力仪、拉伸试验机等测试热处理前后焊接接头的显微组织、力学性能与残余应力演变规律。结果表明:在600℃进行退火处理时,随着保温时间的增加,残余应力被消除的程度逐渐加大;由于去应力退火温度未达到其再结晶温度,因此,热处理后焊接接头的显微组织与力学性能变化不明显。 TIG welding was conducted on 310 S stainless steel.Microstructures and mechanical properties and residual stresses of the joint were investigated after different stress relief annealing.The results showed that the relieving of residual stresses were obvious with the increased holding time heat treated at 600 ℃.However,due to the temperature of the heat treatment didn't achieve to the recrystallization temperature,thus the microstructures and mechanical properties of the welded joints just changed a little.
