武警新兵不同训练阶段心理适应的特点调查

Psychological adjustment characteristics of Armed Police recruits during different training stages

目的调查武警新兵不同训练阶段心理适应的特点。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和部队新兵适应性调查问卷,调查80名武警新兵在训练不同阶段(入营第2天,新训第3周初、第6周初、第9周初、第11周末)的心理适应状况。结果各阶段SCL-90得分在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和其他6个因子有明显差异,其中,躯体化在5个阶段得分依次为(1.52±0.62)、(1.72±0.59)、(1.65±0.65)、(1.88±0.58)、(1.71±0.61)(F=3.634,P=0.006)。新训第3周初、第6周初、第9周初、第11周末在军人角色认知、人际关系适应、身心症状、环境认同、应对方式5个因子得分均存在显著差异,其得分依次为(20.36±5.60)、(15.89±5.28)、(16.16±4.76)、(14.48±5.53)(F=18.274,P<0.001)。结论武警新兵训期的心理行为呈现出阶段变化的特点。

Objective To investigate the psychological adjustment characteristics of Armed Police recruits during different training stages. Methods A total of 80 Armed Police recruits were investigated by using SCL-90 and Recruit Adaptability Questionnaire during the different training time points（ The second day of training,earlier in the third week,earlier in the sixth week,earlier in the ninth week,the end of eleventh week）. Results There were significant differences in the scores of SCL-90 six factors（ somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and other） at five time points[somatization：（ 1. 52 ± 0. 62）,（ 1. 72 ±0. 59）,（ 1. 65 ± 0. 65）,（ 1. 88 ± 0. 58）,（ 1. 71 ± 0. 61）,F = 3. 634,P = 0. 006]. There were significant differences in the scores of recruit adaptability questionnaire in five factors（ the military role perceptions,interpersonal relationships,physical and psychological symptoms,environmental adjustment,coping strategies） at four time points[e. g.,the military role perceptions：（ 20. 36 ± 5. 60）,（ 15. 89 ± 5. 28）,（ 16. 16 ± 4. 76）,（ 14. 48 ± 5. 53）,F = 18. 274,P 0. 001]. Conclusions The psychological behavior of the recruits present the phase change during the first training stage.
