输电铁塔十字组合角钢主材稳定承载力研究 被引量:4

摘要 以十字组合角钢构件为研究对象,研究构件轴心受压失稳方式,对GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》、DL/T 5154-2012《架空输电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》、ASCE 10-97《美国输电铁塔导则》有关轴心受压长细比取值规定及受压稳定承载力计算方法进行对比分析。研究表明:3种规范有关双轴对称十字截面构件的计算长细比取值均考虑扭转屈曲的影响;ASCE 10-97和DL/T 5154-2012轴心受压稳定承载力计算考虑了翼缘外伸宽厚比对稳定强度的折减。GB 50017-2003与DL/T 5154-2012有关十字组合角钢受压稳定承载力计算结果接近,且均小于ASCE规范。 Taking the cross combined angle steel as the research object,it was studied member buckling mode under axial compression;and it was compared the Code for Design of Steel Structure GB 50017-2003,Technical Regulation of Design for Tower and Pole Structures of Overhead Transmission Line DL/T 5154-2012,USA Transmission Tower Guideline ASCE 10-97 on axial compression slenderness ratio and ultimate strength calculation method.Research shows that the effects of torsional buklings were all considered in three kinds of specifications for the calculation of double symmetric cross section member slenderness ratio values;in ASCE 10-97 and DL/T 5154-2012,the extended flange width-thickness ratio on reduction of stability strengch was considered in calculation of axial compression stability bearing capacity.The calculation results were close to the cross combination angle compression stability bearing capacity of GB 50017-2003 and DL/T 5154-2012,and were less than ASCE.
