摘要
超高层建筑中多数在局部设置加强层桁架,桁架的结构形式多为箱型、H型构件。深圳平安金融中心塔楼总高度为660m,共设置了7道带状桁架,最大跨度达到40多米,此类大跨度桁架的制作及预拼装的质量要求特别高,制作质量直接影响到现场的安装。在桁架预拼装方面可以优先采用实体预拼装加计算机模拟辅助预拼装,这样既能保证构件的拼装质量,又能节约大量的人力及设备的投入,取得降本增效的效果。
Box-shape and H-shape strengthening layer trusses are often used for the majority of tall buildings.The building for Ping An Financial Center in Shenzhen is a tower with a total height of 660 meters,for which 7belt trusses are used.The largest span is more than 40 m.Particularly high quality requirements should be given to the manufacture and preassembling of such sort of long-span truss,which directly affect the quality of on-site installation.Computer simulation aided assembly can be used for the pre-assembling of the truss,which can ensure the quality of assembled components,and also save a lot of manpower,equipment and communications.
