摘要
中国博览会会展综合体项目C1区双层展厅宽270m、长338m,屋盖以下为混凝土框架结构,屋盖为多跨连续大跨度三角管桁架结构,总质量7 300t,最大跨度为108m,施工时采用无支撑安装方法。三角管桁架安装时充分利用现有的混凝土柱头,通过合理分段,制定安装顺序,实现了108m跨三角管桁架的无支撑安装。三角管桁架的分段及施工顺序是管桁架施工的重点和难点。
The double story hall in C1 region of China Expo Exhibition Complex Project is 270 m wide,338 m long,the structure under the roof is a concrete frame structure.The roof is a large multi-span continuous triangle tube truss,whose total weight is 7300 t,maximum span is 108 m.During the construction,no support installation technology was used.The full advantage of concrete column headpiece was taken,by selecting reasonable segmentation and erection sequence,the unsupported installation of the 108 mtriangular tube truss was realized.Segmentation and erection sequenceof triangular tube truss were the key points and difficulty in the construction of the project.
