铝酸钠溶液制备超细氢氧化铝的影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用一段分解工艺制备超细氢氧化铝,研究了分解温度、溶液浓度,种子率、分解时间等因素对铝酸钠溶液分解制备超细氢氧化铝分解率和粒度的影响。实验表明:随着分解时间的延长,低温时分解率大于高温下的分解率.种子率控制在10%~30%,有利于生产超细氢氧化铝;铝酸钠溶液浓度高,分解过程诱导期长;分解时间会不同程度地影响析出氢氧化铝颗粒的尺寸。 Super - fine aluminum hydroxide was prepared by one - stage precipitation process, and effect of the factors such as precipitation temperature, solution concentration, seed ratio and precipitation time on precipitation ratio and particle size of super - fine aluminum hydroxide precipitated from sodium aluminate solution were investigated in this paper. Experiment results showed that the precipitation ratio of low precipitation temperature was larger than that of high precipitation temperature with the precipitation time prolonged. It was benefit to produce super - fine aluminum hydroxide when seed ratio was controlled range between 10 - 30%. The higher the concentration of sodium aluminate solution was, the longer the induction period was. Precipitation time could affect the size of aluminum hydroxide particles in varying degrees.
