摘要
随着铝电解槽工艺技术的不断进步,电解槽电流强度已经达到400~500kA,单系列安装电解槽数已经达到288~336台,产能已经达到30~45万吨,为其供电所需电网容量也越来越大。同时随着上网电价不断上调,不断推动电解铝成本上涨。目前电解铝价格已使大部分电解铝企业处在亏损的边缘,所以不少的铝厂都要求建立厂用自备电站,以解决大容量用户供电难和电价高的问题。本文根据电解槽稳定生产及整流系统供电可靠的要求,针对目前大型电解铝系列,考虑发电机组年最大利用小时及厂用电率等因素,对发电机容量及台数进行选择,进行电力平衡及电量平衡校验、技术经济评价,为建设大型电解铝厂配套自备电厂提供一个经济实用方案选择。
With the development of aluminum reduction technology. The current intensity of aluminum reduction pot has been 400kA to 500kA, pot quantities of single potline have been 288 to 336, and the productive capacity has been 300 to 450kt/a, more capacity of power grid are needed. On the other hand, with the higher electricity sales price, the more costs of aluminum reduction are rising. At present, the most of aluminum smelters are at the edge of deficit, so many aluminum smelters require to build self - powered station which can solve the matter of power supply difficulty and high sales price for the large capacity user. According to the request of pot stable production and rectification system reliable supply for large aluminum reduction potline, on the basis of considering power station maximum utilization hours and station service power consumption rate, selecting generator capacity and quantities, verifying balance of power and quantity of electricity and technical economy evaluation, economical and practical plan can be made for large aluminum smelter with self - powered station.
