摘要 文中论述了舰船电子设备抗强冲击能力要求,根据抗冲击考核要求,提出了用于舰船电子设备抗强冲击仿真分析的加载条件,并对现有抗强冲击设计方法进行了分析比较。应用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对某舰船电子设备机柜进行了仿真并对仿真结果进行了分析,冲击载荷输入采用了将频域冲击谱曲线转换为时域加速度时间历程曲线的转换方法。时域模拟法可考虑各种非线性因素对设备的影响,虽然现阶段还存在一些问题,但可为抗强冲击设计研究提供参考。 The high anti-shock dynamic characteristic requirement of the naval electronic equipment is discussed in this paper. The load boundary simulation conditions are put forward according to the anti-shock criteria for the naval electronic equipment. The existing high anti-shock design methods are compared and analyzed.Simulation for the naval electronic equipment is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software,where the impulse loads are exerted by transforming the shock input spectrum into time-domain acceleration loads. Then the transfer method and simulation results are analyzed respectively. Despite the existing problems,the time-domain simulation method,which can take effect of nonlinear factors on equipment into consideration,can be used as important reference for further development of the high anti-shock design.
