基于改进的成本-公差模型与PSO的公差设计

摘要 文中根据质量损失模型近年来的研究成果,基于考虑了通货膨胀、物价上涨因素的成本-公差模型,提出了充分考虑价格因素的成本-公差模型,讨论并使用PSO算法来解决此模型的优化问题。文中模型与Taguchi质量损失模型优化结果的比较,证明了文中模型更贴近实际,具有很强的实用性。同时给出了PSO算法过程的粒子进化过程适应度的变化曲线,证明了PSO算法在此模型上的有效性。 Based on the recent study of quality loss model and the cost-tolerance model which considers inflation and rising prices with the development of economy,a cost-tolerance model that takes price into full account is put forward in this paper. Then PSO algorithm is discussed and used to optimize this model. The comparison of the optimization result of the traditional Taguchi quality loss function and the model proposed in this paper shows that the latter is closer to the reality and more practical. And the effectiveness of PSO algorithm upon the improved model is testified by the fitness curve of the particles' evolution provided in this paper.
