摘要
为了提高高温锻件的图像质量,采用数字滤光与物理滤光相结合的方法,通过数字滤光滤掉锻件图像的R分量,并把滤光片安装于彩色相机的镜头前,以实现物理滤光,采用图像对比度来评价其应用效果。本文在800~1200℃之间设置图像采样点,通过比较不同滤光片在不同采样点的图像对比度,确定滤光片的最优选择方案。实验结果表明:本文所提出的方法能够使各个温度范围内的热态锻件获得最优的图像对比度,图像质量得到显著提高。
For the purpose of improving image quality of hot forgings, digital and physical filtering technologies are combined together. The R component of forging image is filtered out using digital filtering, while physical filtering is realized by installing color filters before lens of industry camera, whose application effect is evaluated by image contrast. The image contrast derived with different filters at different sample points set from 800℃ to 1200℃ is compared to determine the optimal scheme of filters to be selected. According to result of experiments, the optimal image contrast of forgings at different temperature is acquired and the image quality is improved through the method proposed.
