本文对火箭弹射座椅某新型射伞机构机械加工、装配及涉及的粘接、剪切试验、强度试验等主要因素进行了工艺分析;对加工制造过程工艺方案设计、试验方法、夹具制作及注意事项进行深入探索,对于该产品的工艺流程设计、质量控制及生产具有一定指导、应用意义。

The process analysis was made for structure machining, assembly, stick test, shear test, strength test of rocket ejection seat ejection parachute. The process scheme design, test method, making fixture and the matters needing attention were explored. These have certain instructional significance and application to to process design, quality control and production for the product.
