上海闵行区首次发现输入性B3基因型麻疹病例 被引量:7

摘要 为了解闵行区麻疹野毒株新基因型流行病学特征,对2013年到上海市闵行区就诊的1例麻疹病毒新基因型病例的发病情况进行描述性流行病学分析。结果显示,该例患儿的鼻咽拭子检测中分离到麻疹病毒株,经鉴定基因型为B3型。该病例无麻疹免疫史,其家属也没有前往过B3基因型流行的国家,也无明确外籍人员接触史,不能判断病毒是国外输入。该病例的发现提示闵行区麻疹监测系统敏感,发现了首例输入性B3基因型麻疹病例。掌握麻疹基因型的动态分布可确定病毒传播途径,有利于阻断麻疹病毒传播,为评估麻疹控制策略效果提供了依据。
