摘要
采用牛顿能谱仪分析了氢氧化铬污泥中的元素组成及含量,测定了氢氧化铬污泥的组分,采用2次脱铬方法,对比了双氧水、磷酸在2次脱铬提取中的效果,通过浸出毒性试验表明,磷酸对氢氧化铬污泥2次脱铬的效果更理想,得到的固渣达到了国家排放标准。
The element composition and content of the chromium hydroxide sludge were analyzed by Energy Disperse Spectrometer(EDS),the component of chromium hydroxide sludge was detected.Two-step dechroming method was adopted,and the dechroming effects of hydrogen peroxide and phosphoric acid on second extraction were compared.The toxicity test results show that using phosphoric acid is much more effective to treat chromium hydroxide sludge in second dechroming process,and the residues can meet the national discharge standard.
