现有液体培养法检测解脲脲原体效果的评价 被引量:11

摘要 目的以固体培养基为金标准,对现有液体培养法进行评价,并进一步探讨改良的方法。方法用液体培养基、新型固体培养基及梅里埃培养基平行检测63例临床宫颈分泌物试子,根据灵敏度、特异度、假阳性率、假阴性率等指标对现有液体培养法、梅里埃培养基检测Uu的效果进行评价。结果液体培养法Uu检出率为36.7%,梅里埃培养基Uu检出率为66.7%,新型固体培养基Uu检出率为84.1%。以固体培养基为金标准,液体培养法的灵敏度较低(42.0%),假阴性率较高(58.0%),特异度尚可(90.0%)。梅里埃培养基检测Uu的灵敏度(72.9%)明显优于液体培养法(42.0%)。结论有过滤步骤的传统液体培养法的假阴性率过高,考虑改良现有液体培养基,提高检测支原体的真实性和可靠性,建立方便使用且结果真实可靠的检测Uu的方法。 To evaluate the effect of present liquid culture method in detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)on sensitivity,specificity,false positive rate,false negative rate and consistency rate,63 cases of clinical cervical secretion specimens were detected parallelly by liquid culture,new solid medium and BioM rieux MycoplasmaID2.As a result,Uu positive rate was36.7%,66.7% and 84.1%for liquid culture,BioM rieux MycoplasmaID2 and solid medium,respectively.Taken solid culture medium as gold standard,the sensitivity of liquid culture method was low(42.0%),the false negative rate was high(58.0%),and the specificity was fair(90.0%).The sensitivity of BioM rieux MycoplasmaID2 detection of Uu(72.9%)was better than liquid culture method(42.0%).In conclusion,as the false negative rate of present liquid culture method is too high,it should be improved to enhance the validity and reliability of mycoplasma detection,and to establish a more convenient and reliable method for detecting Uu.
