代谢记忆和糖尿病性视网膜病变 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)是糖尿病严重微血管并发症之一。糖尿病患者的高血糖具有“糖毒性”效应,一方面可以导致胰岛素抵抗的进一步增加,促进胰岛B细胞凋亡,使残留胰岛B细胞的数量和功能日趋降低;另一方面,还能够通过一系列级联反应,引起慢性并发症的出现和进展。患者长期处于高血糖状态,即使后来采取有效措施使血糖水平降低,仍易发生糖尿病相关的并发症,这种现象被称为“代谢记忆(metabolicmemory)”。研究显示氧化应激、糖基化终产物(AEGs)和表观遗传学修饰可能涉及到DR代谢记忆现象。高血糖“代谢记忆”效应的提出对糖尿病的治疗策略提出了新的观点。现就代谢记忆和糖尿病性视网膜病变之间的关系做一综述。
