眼内人工晶状体折叠取出术方法探讨

Investigation on intraocular lens explantation by folding way

目的探讨眼内人工晶状体（intraocularlens，IOL）折叠取出方法的安全性和有效性。方法对2009年1月至2013年12月在无锡市人民医院眼科就诊的38例（38只眼）需行IOL取出手术患者分两组：A组为常规IOL取出组，B组为眼内IOL折叠取出组，比较两组的术后视力和并发症。结果B组术后最佳矫正视力较术前提高程度优于A组，差异有统计学意义（t=2．564，P=0．029〈0．05）。两组患者IOL取出手术并发症：角膜水肿、虹膜脱出的发生率B组均小于A组，差异有统计学意义（t=17．372，4．968；P=0．000，0．038，均P〈0．05）。结论眼内IOL折叠取出手术方法与常规IOL取出法相比具有操作简单、损伤小、术后散光小、术后并发症少的优点。

Objective To explore the security and availability of intraocular lens （IOL） extrac- tion by folding way. Methods Thirty-eight patients （38 eyes） were divided into two groups： Group A （routine IOL explantation） and Group B （IOL explantation by folding way）. The visual acuity and complication were compared between the two groups. Results There was significant differences be- tween their best corrected visual acuity improvement before and after surgery （t =2.564, P =0.029〈 0.05）. The incidence of corneal edema and iris prolapse in Group B was less than that of Group A （t =17.372, 4.968; P =0.000, 0.038, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions IOL extraction by folding way are easi- er operated and has less damage and astigmatism than routine IOL explantation.
