摘要
目的研究KCNJ11和KCNQ1基因多态位点与中国人2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术检测T2DM患者(A组,922例)和正常糖耐量者(B组,925例)KCNJ11基因rs5219位点及KCNQ1基因rs2237892位点的基因型和等位基因频率。结果两组间KCNJ11基因rs5219位点等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而KCNQ1基因rs2237892位点等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 KCNQ1基因与中国人T2DM相关。
Objective To investigate the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms of KCNJ11 and KCNQ1genes with type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in Chinese population.Methods The genotypes and allele frequencies of KCNJ11 gene at rs5219 site and KCNQ1 gene at rs2237892 site were detected by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation time-off light mass spectroscopy in922 cases with T2DM(group A)and 925 cases with normal glucose tolerance(group B).Results There was no significant difference in allele frequency of KCNJ11 gene at rs5219 site between groups of A and B(P〉0.05),while the allele frequency of KCNQ1 gene at rs2237892 site in group A was obviously different from that in group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion KCNQ1 gene is associated with T2 DM in Chinese population.
