膝关节单髁置换术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎的中期疗效

Mid-term efficacy of unicompartment knee arthroplasty in treatment of medial unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨膝关节单髁置换术(UKA)治疗膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎的中期疗效。方法 20例膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎患者行UKA治疗,采用VAS评分评定手术前后膝关节疼痛严重程度,膝关节学会评分系统(KSS)和美国特种外科医院膝关节评分标准(HSS)评定膝关节功能。结果 20例患者手术均获成功,无并发症发生。手术时间79-145min,术中出血量150-400ml,术后引流量80-300ml。术后随访1-8年,末次随访时的VAS疼痛评分、HSS评分和KSS评分及膝关节活动度均较术前改善(P<0.05)。结论 UKA具有创伤小、术后功能恢复良好的优点,中期疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the mid-term efficacy of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty（UKA）in the treatment of medial unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis.Methods Twenty patients with medial unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis were treated by UKA.The pain degree of knee joint was evaluated by VAS pain score,and the function of knee joint was assessed by KSS and HSS scores.Results The operation in 20 patients was successful without complications.The operation time was79-145 min,intraoperative blood loss was 150-400 ml,and postoperative drainage was 80-300 ml.The patients were followed up for 1to 8years,which showed that the VAS pain score,HSS score,KSS score and range of motion at the time of last follow-up were all significantly improved compated to those before operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The mid-term efficacy of UKA in the treatment of medial unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis is satisfactory with the advantages of less trauma and rapid recovery after surgery.
