摘要
研究了汽车弹簧用钢疲劳破坏行为和显微组织。结果表明,试样表层的碳氮化钛、碳氮化钒等非金属夹杂物是引起试样疲劳破坏的主要原因,且试样表现为典型的"鱼眼"断裂。
The fatigue failure behavior and microstructure of the steel used in auto spring were investigated. The results show that the fatigue failure of the sample is mainly caused by the superficial non-metallic inclusions such as titanium carbonitride and vanadium carbnitride, and the sample presents a typical "fish-eye type" fractures.
