摘要
采用全浸腐蚀和电化学测试方法,对水中建筑用08F碳钢的初期选择性腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,水中建筑用08F碳钢试样在海水(p H=7.9~8.4)中全浸腐蚀过程中的初期选择性腐蚀为典型的点蚀,其质量损失率先显著增大后趋于稳定、开路电位先负移后正移、腐蚀电流逐渐减小、腐蚀速率先快后慢;其初期选择性腐蚀产物主要由Fe OOH、Fe3O4和Fe3+与C/N/O/S结合而成的有机化合物组成。
The early selective corrosion behavior of 08 F carbon steel used in water construction was studied using immersion corrosion and electrochemical test methods. The results show that the corrosion behavior of 08 F carbon steel in seawater(p H=7.9~8.4) is typical pitting corrosion in the early selective corrosion process, its mass loss rate significantly increases at first, and then settles out, the open circuit potential is first negative moving and then positive moving, the corrosion current gradually decreases, and the corrosion rate is first fast and then slow down. The selective corrosion products mainly make up of Fe OOH, Fe3O4 and the organic compounds combination of Fe3+and C/N/O/S.
