摘要
制备了未涂覆、涂覆Cu O和涂覆Zn O的硼酸镁晶须(Mg2B2O5w)增强的6061Al铝基复合材料,研究了外加载荷和滑动速度对6061Al合金以及复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下,涂覆Zn O涂层、Cu O涂层、未涂层晶须增强的铝基复合材料和6061Al合金磨损率依次增大;随着载荷和滑动速度的增加,6061Al合金和复合材料的摩擦系数均有下降的趋势,磨损率随之减小。
The 6061 Al-matrix composites reinforced with naked whiskers, Cu O-coated whiskers and Zn O-coated whiskers were prepared, and the effect of applied load and sliding rate on the friction and wear properties of the alloy 6061 Al and the composites were investigated. The results show that the wear rates of 6061Al-matrix composites reinforced by Zn O-coated whiskers, Cu O-coated whiskers, naked whiskers and the matrix alloy increase in turn under the same conditions. The friction coefficients of the matrix alloy and composites decrease with the increase of the applied load and sliding velocity, as well as the wear rates.
