摘要
对两种组织形态Ti Al合金在热处理过程中的蠕变行为和机械寿命进行实验。在Walker应变理论基础上,利用数值模拟预测两种组织形态不同的Ti Al合金的机械寿命,建立新的机械寿命模型。结果表明,实验所得的机械寿命与利用Omega法所预测出的寿命吻合很好。
The creep behavior and the mechanical life of Ti Al alloys during heat treatment process were analyzed focusing on two types of organizational forms. The method of numerical simulation was used to predict morphology of two Ti Al alloys with different mechanical lives, followed by Walker strain theory, a new model of the mechanical life was established to find their life. The results show that the comparison of the mechanical life obtained by experiments and the life predicted using Omega law shows that both coincide well.
