摘要
对20Si Mn钢筋进行两段式冷却,前段采用化学剂冷却,后段采用水冷,对冷却过程中温度场的变化进行模拟仿真,研究其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,采用两段式冷却可以使20Si Mn钢筋获得很好的力学性能,所生成的氧化皮致密,表现出很好的耐蚀性。
The corrosion resistance of 20 Si Mn rebar after two-stage cooling, which was chemical agent cooling first and then water cooling, were studied. The results show that the 20 Si Mn rebar after two-stage cooling shows better mechanical properties, and the oxide is dense, which help to get excellent corrosion resistance.
