摘要
采用等温热处理方法制备半固态AM60B镁合金浆料,研究了保温温度对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着保温温度的增加,压铸组织的固相率逐渐减少,固相颗粒也逐渐分开。拉伸性能先增加后减小,保温温度为610℃时,拉伸性能达到最大,为176 MPa。
The semisolid slurry of AM60 B magnesium alloys were produced by isothermal heat treatment, and the effects of holding temperature on the microstructure and properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the solid phase rate of the alloy decreases and the solid particles separate with the increases of holding temperature. The tensile strength of the alloy increase first and then decrease, and the maximum value is 176 Mpa when the temperature is 610 ℃.
