摘要
以自动化机械轴承用40Cr Ni Mo A合金钢为对象,研究深冷处理工艺对材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,40Cr Ni Mo A合金钢在淬火和回火之后再进行深冷处理,可以在保证强度的前体下有效地提高韧性和塑性。
The effect of subzero treatment on microstructure and properties of automation machinery 40 Cr Ni Mo A bearing steel were studied. The results show that the toughness and plasticity of 40 Cr Ni Mo A steel increase by subzero treatment after quenching and tempering, which do not change its strength.
