热处理对非晶Cu61Zr30Sr8Y1铜合金拉伸性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同的工艺对非晶Cu61Zr30Sr8Y1铜合金进行热处理,对其物相组成和拉伸性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,分级退火能提高非晶铜合金的拉伸性能。与未热处理相比,分级退火可使非晶Cu61Zr30Sr8Y1铜合金在0℃下的伸长率和抗拉强度分别增加4.8%和74 MPa,在25℃下的伸长率和抗拉强度分别增加4.9%和76 MPa。 The phase analysis and tensile properties of the amorphous Cu61Zr30Sr8Y1 copper alloy after heat treatment by different processes were studied. The results show that the grading annealing process can improve the tensile properties of the alloy compare with the conventional annealing. The elongation and tensile strength of the alloy after grading annealing increase by 4.8% and 74 MPa at 0 ℃, respectively, while increase by 4.9% and 76 MPa at 25 ℃.
