摘要
借助三维成型技术对铸件模型进行分块解剖,同时,结合铸造工艺参数,利用计算机模拟绘制出模型所需的各部分放样图,然后直接按放样图进行模块制造、组装。利用三维加工中心实现模型的快速准确制造。
Dissecting the casting pattern by means of three-dimensional molding technology; meanwhile, combining the casting process parameters, the desired model map of the various parts were mapped out using computer simulation, then the casting pattern was directly manufactured and assembled according to the map. Using three-dimensional machining centers to achieve fast and accurate manufacturing model.
