摘要
以低碳微合金化钢为研究对象,探讨了不同V-Cr微合金化成分对钢筋微观组织和抗震性能的影响。结果表明,V-Cr复合微合金化后,钢筋具有较好的抗震性能,且钢筋中弥散析出了VC、Cr3C等析出物。微合金钢的强化方式主要为析出强化和细晶强化。
The effect of microalloying on the microstructure and anti-jproperty of high strength rebar was studied. The results show that the rebar has better anti-property after V-Cr complex microalloying. And many VC and Cr3 C compounds precipitate in the steel. The main strengthening mechanism of microalloying steel is precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening.
