摘要
根据Ti-47.at%Al合金的高温流变曲线确定了其本构模型,并利用Deform2D仿真软件对Ti-47at.%Al合金V型件的等温锻造过程进行了模拟,研究了工艺参数对成形过程的影响。结果表明:Ti-47at.%Al合金等温锻造成型工艺需在一定范围内降低锻造速度、摩擦系数,提高变形温度,以有效提高成形质量,减少裂纹。
The constitutive model of Ti-47at.%A1 alloy was identified based on high-temperature flow curve, the isothermal forging process for Ti-47.at%A1 alloy V-shaped pieces was simulated using Deform2D simulation software, and the effect of process parameters on the forming prOcess was studied. The results show that the isothermal forging forming process of Ti-47at.%A1 alloy needs to reduce forging rate and friction coefficient, improve deformation temperature, so as to improve the shaping quality and reduce cracking.
