摘要
采用选择性激光熔化方法进行了A356铝合金汽车轮毂的激光快速成型制造,并对显微组织、不同温度下的力学性能和耐磨性能进行了测试与对比分析。结果表明,采用选择性激光熔化方法,可以实现较高质量的A356铝合金汽车轮毂激光快速成型制造,制造出的轮毂组织致密、均匀,具有较好的力学性能和耐磨性能,且性能的一致性较好;该汽车轮毂25℃的抗拉强度为332 MPa、-40℃冲击吸收功为56.1 J、25℃磨损体积为11.4μg/cm3。
A356 aluminum alloy car wheels were fabricated using selective laser melting rapid prototyping technology, the microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance were tested and analyzed at different temperatures. The results show that adopting selective laser melting method can achieve the prototyping and manufacture of high-quality A356 aluminum alloy car wheel hub, the automobile hub with density, uniform, good mechanical properties and wear resistance can be obtained, and they have better consistency in the performances. The tensile strength of the automobile hub at 25 ℃is 332 MPa, impact energy at-40 ℃ is 56.1 J, wear volume at 25 ℃ is 11.4 μg/cm^3.
